My friend lost a bet. Punishment? ?

Hi!
One of my closest friend has lost a bet to me that we were agreed upon the loser had to do something embarrassing.
Fortunately for me she lost, so I secretly asked her mother for ideas to find out what she doesn't like. She told me that her daughter is very shy about her feet being seen by strangers.
So as punishment for the bet, I’m planning to make her spend a day in a mall but she must go barefoot throughout the day.
What do you think about this idea? Is it too cruel? Can you think of something else to spice it up?

Most malls and stores don't allow a person to be barefoot but now would be an easy time for her to be in public as her face would have to be half covered with a mask.

Yes, have her barefoot somewhere that all her friends can see without her knowing, and then they just show up commenting and laughing about her feet.

Make her stand as a security gaurd infront of a store.
Play rock-paper-scissors and kiss if lose.
