Easily Logan for ruining X23. In the film she's just a angry girl.
In the comics the facility is what led to her depressed life but it wasn't she was mad at someone, in the facility she was trained to be a cold ruthless assassin so she didn't have a range of emotions or care.
The only emotions she did have was to her mother who had been going against the facility wishes and keeping a close bond. These emotions however practically vanished after she killed her mother in the escape by accident.
Which is when she came to her thoughts of nothing matters and she was designed to have no choice of freedom, to be a tool.
It takes a long while in the comics for her to find truly the passion for revenge and even justice.

Also her dad in the comics is really Gambit he's the one who steps up to be a father figure, meanwhile wolverine is just been a self loathing idiot who gives jubilee the father treatment instead and Gambit 100% calls him out on it lmao.
So making a film about Logan been there for X23 is absurd. It's not until much later Wolverine becomes more of a figure to her but even then he's more of a weirdly connected brother than father. Same goes for Daken who's a even more estranged brother.
And not having Daken in the film was incredibly dumb instead they just had another Logan to fight Logan? What idiot came up with that one? Did they watch Terminator while writing the script Lol. Daken is vastly better.

It’s hard to pick just one. To be fair, most of the absolute worst most people have never heard of or aren’t aware they were adapted from a comic book.
“Thor: Gagonkok” turned me off to the MCU completely. I seriously hope Waititi burns in Hell for that pile of sh*t, and Feige too for making it happen.
