Which is the worst movie you have seen?

On a technical level, probably some of the MST3K movies- I'd probably guess "Future War" off the top of my head. There's one scene in particular where a reporter is covering the site of an alleged animal attack, and the camera pans back to show his cameraman- but they didn't have a second camera, so he's holding what's CLEARLY a cardboard imitation. It's like something Ed Wood would've made, if he had no passion. But that movie's endearingly bad, and it pulls off the incredible achievement of having aliens, dinosaurs, robots, and nuns, and STILL being boring. I don't think I could do that if I TRIED. I lump it in with Plan 9 and Manos; they're bad, but there's a charm to them.

So I'll say the Wing Commander movie. It was the ONLY movie I've ever caught at the very first showing on the very first night; my brother and I were both big fans of the games, and thought it would be fantastic. I was surprised to see every seat full, because video game movies are usually awful, and Wing Commander wasn't THAT popular. It turns out that the movie had the very first preview for the Phantom Menace; after that preview, about a third of the theater got up and left. Now, I've never walked out of a movie in my life, but that time, I wish I had. Even by the standards of video game movies, that one sucked. And it was made by Chris Roberts, who CREATED the game! How do you screw up YOUR OWN CREATION that badly? There's NO charm to it, and really nothing redeeming. It was also lousy in comparison to the latter THREE games, which, being from the FMV era, were almost more movie than game.

Recently?  Either  Lightyear  or  They/Them  ('they slash them'), a woke slasher movie. Seriously. Worst horror movie: The Curse of La Llorona . Worst Marvel movie: Captain Marvel / The Eternals  tie. Worst sci-fi movie:  Star Wars: The Last Jedi/Rise of Skywalker tie. Worst fantasy movie: Cloud Atlas / A Wrinkle in Time  tie. Worst indy movie: Ax-Em!  (The whole movie is up on YouTube, but I'll just show the trailer) All-time Worst I Ever Seen:  Warriors of the Apocalypse  (2009). Equal parts sh*tty Indy movie, equal parts sh*tty softcore porn movie, all bad. Worst TV show:  Loki/She Hulk: Attorney at Law/Resident Evil  (2022) three-way tie BEST movie of 2022?  Why  Morbius , of course!  No really,  Everything, Everywhere, All At Once . A must-see.

The worst major release that I ever saw in theaters was in 1985. The movie was "Lifeforce" which really should have gone by its working title: "Space Vampires". I wanted to leave, it was so bad, but I wasn't driving.

On the upside, it did have a beautiful naked French girl/space vampire played by actress Mathilda May.

You know I don't even remember... it was that bad. All I remember is that I went to this movie with my then wife... about 30 minutes in I look at my wife and say this movie sucks. She agreed. I said to her, "no like this is the worst movie I have ever seen." She said I know I agree. I sais to her, "no you don't I don't think I can stand to even stay here and try to finish it." She said I agree... so we sat there looking at each other. Finally I asked are, "you serious, do you just want to leave?" She said yes.

We just got up and walked out like that. I can't remember the movie, but I want to say it was an Adam Sandler movie? I mean I love Adam Sandler, it was some movie where he was playing some serious role... it was a drama of some type, defiantly not a comedy, and it was terrible.

I'll give you the one that is the most popular and profitable, that I hated, and that is Avatar. Cannot stand that movie. And A. I. is my most hated, I tend to say. I didn't like Spielberg's and Cameron's work at all. You couldn't even pay me to watch either of them again.

The live action remake of Mulan and The 355(no one was in the theater for this movie so we fucked after getting bored of the movie). Mulan I watched at home with my best friend and we didn’t get 5 minutes in until we decided that they ruined the movie immediately and changed.

Locke starring Tom Hardy (2013)

It is without a doubt the most boring movie I’ve ever seen and could arguably be the worst in cinema history. The entire movie is of him driving his car and having speaker phone conversations. He’s a great actor, that just wasn’t his best role.
