My friend lost a bet. Punishment?

Hello all. One of my friends has lost a big bet to me that we were agreed upon the loser had to do something embarrassing (but not anything sexual). We are close friends but we also love to mess with each other.
Fortunately for me she lost, so I secretly asked her little sis for ideas to find out what she doesn't like (they kinda hate each other lol). And I've learned that very shy about her feet being seen by strangers.
So as punishment for the bet, I’m planning to make her spend a day in a mall but she must go barefoot throughout the day.
What do you think about this idea? Is it too cruel? Can you think of something else to make it better?

That's cruel only because she can catch some nasty stuff. I went barefoot in a locker room once and ended up with the virus that causes plantar warts. Trust me, you do NOT want her going barefoot in public!

Maybe make her walk around with a water stain that looks like she wet herself?

Have a sleep-over with her and, after she's gone to sleep, lift the blankets off her feet and start taking pictures of them. If she doesn't wake up while you're doing this, sometime the next day, maybe during breakfast, start looking through the pictures and then ask her what she thinks of some of them. Mention that you're going to be posting them on a foot-fetish site on the net. When she gets around to asking whose feet they are, if she doesn't already know, tell her they're hers!
Or, do the same thing but with a bunch of other girls at the sleep-over but take pictures of your own feet before hand and when she asks whose feet they are, TELL her they're hers and when she takes a closer look and sees that they AREN'T her feet, ask her to prove it by showing you all her feet and THEN you all start taking pictures of hers when she shows them.

Because you said she doesn't want people to look at her feet but, there you are with pictures of them that you and the others in the sleep-over are looking at AND you're telling her that you're going to post them on a foot fetish site where millions of people will have access to them. You don't have to ACTUALLY do it but, just the idea of it might flip her out.

Just have her pose for the picture (s). Sitting on the floor with her knees up to her chin so you can get her face and feet in the same picture (s) but don't tell her what you're "going" to do with them until after the picture (s) are snapped. If you still WANT to post them on her FB and what have you, that's up to you but I would just TELL her that I was going to without actually doing it. Especially on the foot fetish site (s).

I guess so. Malls usually have public benches or places to sit, have her pose like that in the mall. Maybe try to get a crowd of people she doesn't even know to go in on it with you and gather round to ogle at her feet while you take several pictures.

Yeah, I was thinking of tickling a while ago. Remember the pillary? Of course, you don't HAVE to go THAT far if she HAS to do what you say. Maybe have someone sit on her legs to keep her from pulling them away.
However, I don't know how she is with this but, if I laugh too hard, it gets me a bit congested, which I hate so, if she begs you to stop because she can't breathe, you'd better hold up for a bit until she catches her breath. When we were kids, my uncle used to tickle us to no end until it just wasn't funny anymore and we'd beg him to stop and he wouldn't! My ex-fiance used to love tickling me, too until I learned how to just shut off my ticklish spot! Then, she could do what she wanted and it wouldn't bother me at all.

You COULD do that but, as I said, it might be better to just sit on her legs. IF you're going to tie them, use something like a bed sheet so she doesn't get burns on her legs from the rope or string. Maybe even a pair of pantyhose.
For that matter, you might even have her wearing a pair of pantyhose because, I have a feeling they'll make her feet even more ticklish. Try it yourself and see if it does. I'd think the shimmery or silky kind would work, best.

Yeah, it might be inappropriate. As for sitting on her legs, I'm just thinking, if you just tie around her ankles, she can still bend her knees and move her feet away. You can always lay ACROSS her knees that way, she can't move AND you're out of the way as far as her face being in the shot. I'm just thinking that, other than completely wrapping her legs, like a mummy, no matter how you tie her up, she can still get away.
Is there a mermaid suit that allows you to open the part where the feet are? Get her into one of those and then expose the feet.

IF you're gonna do it someplace public, like an indoor mall, you'll HAVE to bring SOME ind of shoes. How about a pair of tongs to add to the embarrassment? Leave those tootsies almost completely exposed while she walks through the mall. Do it far away from any exit so she HAS to walk past hundreds of people AND, if you can manage it, make her footwear VERY obvious, like, with something that makes a loud beeping noise with every step she takes so that everybody will be looking at her feet as she walks away. You can even point to her shoes to anybody walking by so they'll know what's making that sound and look at them as she walks away. How about something that makes a loud farting sound with every step. Or, just get someone with you that can make the sound with their mouth or hands but, tell everyone that it IS coming from her feet.

Thongs. Just a flat rubber sole with a V-shaped strap that connects to both sides of the sole and the point of the V goes between the big toe and the second. Every time you lift your foot to take a step, the heel flaps up and smacks the bottom of your foot making a slapping sound.
