I’ve been at a job since February this year and do not have previous experience in the field. I started with another person at the same time who had no experience either but is older. Everyone talks to her, she’s rather friendly. My boss used to talk to me and follow up more regularly, along with other coworkers. Now I only talk to maybe 2, I bought a condo and my boss has not once asked how it went. She talks to everyone else though, I know there is favoritism between she and a few coworkers. One of her favorites I do not like and she has spoken to me in a rude tone before, I wonder if she’s influencing her opinion of me. I’m very quiet and do not talk to anyone unless spoken to. I feel bad because everyone else has some type of relationship with someone. My boss once asked when I started if I have an issue with my coworkers because I don’t talk to them. I am not getting the best vibes and think I’m disliked.
