I personally prefer marrying a girl that has a career and a job, because:
_ she's more independent and doesn't need a man to rely on a man
_ she's well educated
_ she's aware that women weren't made just to be maids and cook and clean.
_ she's more smart

In the book “all men and assholes and all women are crazy”, in one part the author talked about her last relationship and how it ended. She was seeing this playboy who was a little bit immature (they both were), who liked having an open relationship.

She became his favourite, almost definitively because she was the “craziest”, the one who was both the most dependant on him, yet also more importantly the one most willing to stand up to him. She still let him walk over her, but relatively speaking she was the most independent.

The two of them constantly going on and off, eventually decided to just call it off and remain friends. Yet one evening she was around his place, he told her he’s inviting one of his other girls round, so a sort of heads up, she can either stay or leave. This made her furiously jealous, and lost her shit on him.
She screamed into his face, presumably saying the most hurtful things she could think of (she’s a woman after all) for a while before she ran out of things to say, at which point she shoved him so he fell back, and he responded by giving her a hard slap.
After that the two of them just froze looking at each other, her with her hand on her red warm cheek. He told her to “get out, you psycho!”. She ran out, and called down a taxi. He chased after shouting telling her to stop, and apologising that he shouldn’t have done that, and she shouted back "get the fuck away from me!" as she got in the taxi and left. And that was the end of their story.

I think in that moment of her screaming the fuck out of him, and him slapping her for her pushing him over the edge, I’d imagine in his mind no other woman existed. And likewise, no other man existed in her mind either. I don’t think her objection was he hit her, I think her objection was he told her to get out; he rejected her, the only man that existed in the world.

I am about to marry the love of my life.
I have a good job which has a nice paycheck and my fiancee is a kindergarten teacher.
I am of Indian ethnicity and I did date girls of different ethnicities. But I really loved blondes.

So this friend of mine asked me in a serious tone 'Are you sure you wanna marry Katie bro. There are a lot of other hot blonde women out there and you are young?'
I just dodged the question and made a funny comment but it hurt me.
Then there is another friend who asked
'Are you sure bro she is not marrying you for your money?'.

I mean it was really bad of them to say such things about my wife.
I am marrying her because she makes me feel complete.
I am in love with her soul not her hair and she is a strong independent woman.
She wouldn't degrade herself to the level of a golddigger.
They are good friends of mine. So should I invite them or not.

If your a girl it’s usualky a win win situation.

Most girls don’t value relationships the way they used to. Divorce rates agree.

If you’re a guy. Divorce costs you a lot and you lose your kids and potentially your house, to a woman that’s ‘independent.’ Whereas women just gain.


Marriage is signing things you value away to a woman. Who won’t give af if things don’t work out.
