Search Results: she adds a lot of guys on facebook

So we were partying with a group of medical students and this girl started dancing with another guy. So I figure she isn't into anyone else.

I leave the party and right after that she apparently left too. Because she started chatting to me when she arrived at the hotel we were all staying at (mind you this was in the hallway in the presence of one of her friends).
Telling me I had to look at her sprain ankle 'because it was interesting for a med student to see it'
But we got told to quiet down by the janitor -twice- so the conversation unfortunately ended there.

The next day she adds me on Facebook. So I start talking to her.
When I asked her why she left right after I did, initially she said she didn't remember.
But then quickly said:

"Oh wait I remember now. It was because the party wasn't fun without you anymore (with two big smilie faces) and because the party died down after you left"

Moments later in the convo she doesn't reply. So I say bye goodnight.
Today I see that she has apologized for not replying, because she got called by someone and said 'good night!'.

I can't be sure if she likes me. Or if she is just being friendly. Because she was dancing with the other guy initially. And she has lots of Facebook friends and also added others from the party.

What do you people think? Especially the females here, because you can probably tell a lot better.
