I was thinking how if some people want socialism, they don't need to wait for a new leader, just do it. So here's how!

Start a group membership thing. Everyone works or is to strive for work. whatever is earned is thrown into a bucket and divided into equal shares, it's like a stock/dividend. At end of the week, the money is divided equally regardless of how hard you worked or made. Everyone aim for making $1000 min and 40hrs a week. If someone is slacking, you encourage them to do better. you might reward hard workers with bonuses if you wish. If someone is injured, they still get their share until they are working again.

If someone decided they want a different job for fulfillment and to study... they keep in the program for 2 years and get back to work, in theory, making more $... this is socialism after all!

Example:
Say for example you and I are both car racers and the only members, you get 1st and I get 10th... you won $10,000 I won $1000. We would thus divide this into two and each gets $5050! I know that sucks as you won, but this is socialism! If I win, same goes. I know your motivation to take risks and win is lessened, that's the issue with socialism. But if you really love car racing (or whatever job you love that pays), you'll do that. If someone is injured, they still get $ as long as someone is making money.

Which sports final system do you think is the best for a 10-20 team comp? Which one is the most fairest and entertaining?

I think the most fairest one would be the NBA where if you have one bad game you can come back the next game and win. But i think having 7 games is a bit overboard and it can drag on Maybe 3 or 5 would be better?

Entertainment wise 1vs4 2vs3 can be good with so much riding on one game. But if the team who finishes 1st has one off day then they're gone.

Overall i probably prefer that one. Which one do you prefer?
