(Sorry for the long post, but I'd appreciate if you read it till the end, I need as many opinions as possible, thank you very much!)
When I was around 8, my parents rented a DVD of the movie "Meet the Fockers" and we set down to watch it. In this movie there is a scene where some women lift their shirts in a sexual manner (you don't get to see their naked breasts, the scene cuts away right before that). For those interested in the scene, here is the link: https: //www. youtube. com/watch? v=I0m9oYmovGQ My parents didn't see it coming and freaked out, hid my eyes, turned off the movie etc. Their reaction confused me very much (side note, I was aware that naked breasts are sexual back then). I know that they didn't want me to see this at a young age, in order to not confuse me, avoid trauma etc., but nearly seeing naked breasts isn't what traumatised me, no, what got engraved into my brain is their reaction and their unwillingness to understand that I really wanted to continue watching and that I would turn out fine. A couple weeks back I asked my parents what they think of it, in order to deal with my heavy overthinking of this topic and they just said they don't remember and that they don't think this happened, because they're not the type of people who would freak out about sexuality that quickly.

Why do girls naturally hate nudity (the female kind) in movies? I was watching a movie with my girlfriend and another couple. During he movie a nude scene came on. The other girl covered the her BF's eyes and told him not to look. My girlfriend blurted OMG.

The scene ended and it was over. We never talked about it again. I wouldn't care if a naked man showed up. I would probably laugh to be honest.

My girlfriend is very secure and I love her. Is this a gut reaction for women?

Today, there are movies that show genitals of males and females, although women are shown a ton more. Just a few years ago, movies would not film a female nudity scene unless she had ample public hair. Those days are something of the the past as there are numerous movies that show bald vagina.

Question is, what do you want to do with the level of exposed genitalia in movies?
