He is on the conceited side and he’s been rubbing me the wrong way recently, more than usual. He bought a game recently we’ve been talking about for some time, I bought it before him and he sent a pic showing he bought it. I replied acknowledging he caved in and he said “Wanted to make sure I could help you get through it 😝”. And I was like what’s that supposed to mean and he replies with the 🤐 emoji. Mind you, we play another game together and I never asked for help from him with this specific game we just bought. I didn’t reply and I’m really turned off

My lease ends next year March 1st. I live upstairs & have balcony. only good side is it’s super quiet & safe here. the owner is nice & the neighborhood is nice close to ALL stores & post office. I work online so the post office I go daily send my orders. the last two pics is inspiration how I want my new studio. Hard floor get rid of all rugs I have, have new painted walls in white or light grey color as I hate brown & have kitchenette & cabinets. I have shared bathroom. i hate the carpet. inwant get rid of my plastic stuff I have for the kitchen area & I don’t have dining chairs yet. With hard floor it would feel like a real home not like big room. i need a sink. I have no stove to cook. I want get rid of the curtains hung up and be able have new painted walls finally. Any suggestion?
