Do we all have a little angel on one shoulder and a little devil on the other trying to steer our decisions in life? ... or is it not a little devil at all, but instead others who influence us, like peer pressure, or many temptations we just don't have the will power to resist?

I mean no one is perfect anyway, right?

My exboyfriend/ boyfriend and I were together for just over a year and things were starting to get serious between us and we were practically living together for 5 months... we were always very close going to doctors appointments together, I helped him out when he had surgery, etc...
He was in jail for 3 months and I waited for him and was loyal to him and he appreciated that and he was phoning me everyday and telling me how much he loves me and that he wants a future with me and he wanted to make all these plans with me...
his mom was even inviting me over for the holidays and teaching me about Judaism... and she personally told me that she loves me even more than her own daughter. As soon as he returned he began to act differently due to peer pressure and he was always on his phone and this bitchy woman came along and started pursuing him when she broke it off with his mutual friend. He was always in his phone and we had a few missusnerstandings and a fight cuz of this woman... then we broke up...
For 2 whole weeks I didn’t see him and he was begging me to come back to see him, cuz this new woman doesn’t treat him well and he still loves me...

Now anytime I’ve tried to take back my belongings from his place he always gets offended and takes them away from my hands and says I’m gonna be coming back so there’s no point, but I don’t use any of my spare things there... he had also said not to take away things that are dear to his heart...
He also says that we definitely still have something between us...

does he want me back? Or is he feeling regret for letting me go?

Naloxone (Narcan) treats and reverses the effects of opioid overdoses. Nurses in my local school district have stated they are not comfortable carrying it. They think it would encourage more kids to do drugs and enforces the idea that there are no consequences for drug use. They have stated, “we don’t want to contribute to the false sense of security that there is a rescue medication for drug experimentation.”

I think school nurses should have it.
1. We know that there is currently an opioid epidemic in the U. S. and we know that kids are getting their hands on them so why wouldn't schools want to be proactive?
2. Just because doing drugs is stupid doesn't mean the consequence of that should be death.
3. Despite those who think they are attentive, SO MANY parents still have no idea about everything their kid may be doing. You can tell your kids not to do drugs all day long but all it takes is a moment of curiosity, peer pressure, or one time experimenting and they could wind up in an overdose situation. If it was your kid, would you want people saying "oh well, choices have consequences" or would you want someone to save their life?

As much as I disagree with doing drugs, I could NEVER turn my back on someone experiencing an overdose if I had the ability to help. We can't pretend that these drugs are not already in our schools so the responsible thing to do is to have naloxone on hand IN ADDITION to spreading community awareness and focusing on prevention.

Justin is 18 years old. When he was in 5th grade he used to be close friends with Kai but due to peer pressure Justin became physically and verbally abusive to a deaf kid named Kai. Kai tried to kill himself because he couldn't take the it. Years later when they are young adults they find each other in a hospital that has a program that teaches young kids sign language. Kai tried to avoid Justin as much as possible. one day Justin starts crying, hugs Kai and tells him how much he really did care about him, and how he gave into peer pressure. He says he joined this program because he missed him so much.

Is Justin a bad person?
