I'm just wondering since I'm an athlete and I see many instances of men training both boys and girls but very rarely do I see female coaches/trainers training both genders, only the girls.

I've talked to a few female trainers at fitness gyms and coaches of high school sports to ask if it's because female coaches refuse to work with male clients/aspiring athletes and they've told me that's never the case with them because they're pretty welcoming towards training guys, just that men very rarely ever come to them.

Sorry if this comes off as a sexism-bating question but I'm just curious to hear from a perspective of other people, especially from female athletes and coaches/trainers.
