Search Results: happily gotten back together

This is over a particular relationship with my best male friend and I am trying to figure out if he is playing games with me or if he wants something more. Let me give a little back story and information (which there is a lot of):
1. I'm happily married and we became friends when we were worked together. My husband did not like him at first, but then they too became friends.
2. We have been best friends for about 5 years now.
3. He is a serial dater and gets really serious with women, then leaves them when he gets bored/frustrated.
4. I think that he has Narcissistic Personality Disorder and he checks off in many of the indicators.
5. We have so much in common and hang out often.
6. He is currently dating a lady who I love; they have talked about marriage and live together.

Now onto the behavior that has been creating my internal conflict:
1. He says that he loves me all of the time.
2. He gives me long stares and his eyes have this mysterious twinkle when I say something that amuses him or when we both connect on a subject of interest.
3. I notice that he touches me pretty often (side hug, poke, pretend punch, grabs my head playfully) and sits next to me a lot when we are out and about.
4. One weekend he got really drunk and bit my face, then later said several times that I am beautiful.
5. He has gotten really close to me and said, "you have very beautiful eyes."
6. He once told my sister (while drunk) that since he couldn't be with me, he would need to be with her (I was not there at the time and heard this secondhand from her).
7. He told me he had a dream where I bit his face and he saved my life.

What does all of this mean? There are so many other examples of sexual tension and flirting (maybe I'm reading into it, I dunno). I am starting to think that he just finds me interesting and is playing games with me to feed his Narcissism, but am I reading this incorrectly? Please help! this has been driving me crazy for years.

So, about a year ago was my 21st birthday. Me, my best mate and a gang of friends went out and I was bought drink after drunk, generally got very drunk. I needed help walking to the car (I'd been a fireball whiskey...) and was happily drunk and grateful.
We were staying at my friends flat, and long story short... Me and a friend slept together. It was just a one night thing, we are both still friends and we both have partners since then. No hard feelings, drunken mishap.

Anyway. Since that night me and my best friend haven't spoken. I cleaned her flat top to bottom, and I did apologise but she didn't speak to me. The only contact I had was her asking for her flat key back. She deleted me from Facebook.
Even when I took her key back, I left a note.

Last night my ex best friend had her first baby. I really wanna congratulate her but I don't know if it's a good idea. I miss talking to her but I don't know why she won't speak to me?
A bit of context, before she was with her current partner she used to sleep with a new guy every night for a year, sometimes more than one. Her other friends have had sex in her flat before, and I scrubbed it clean unlike her other friends. I know what I did what was wrong, but I don't know how to make it right? It's not the sort of thing I do either, it was literally drunken relaxation.

Should I congratulate her or not? Should I send her a message on Facebook or post a note through her door?
