A lot of people post selfies on various other social media sites like Facebook twitter and instagram using snapchat filters. I had a conversation with a friend who seems to think people our age (early 30s) shouldn't use the filter on any social media as its childish. I disagree.
Do you think its childish for people of a certain age to use snap chat filters?

Just a tiny curious thought:
With the rapid advance of today's technology in the medical field, can you imagine your friends or yourself having genetically modified/GM babies?

Whether its purpose is for creating the perfect specimen or to simply eliminate some of the rather bothersome failings of the human genome (ex. Incurable diseases, inevitable aging)... is it morally, socially acceptable for us to do so? Or should a line be drawn where science need not interfere with creating life - something that would get us in some deep shiet exemplified in the Frankenstein story?

*If you are wondering what my opinion is... I would say yes, but to a certain degree. So option 3. I'm definitely not in for the type of GM available in the movie Gattaca.
