Like say if you had an intimate relationship with someone? And the women wanted an abortion but you wanted the child. I’m excluding rape and incest from this. Women do carry the child but it does still take two to make a baby. What if the guy wants the baby though and want to take care of it whether it’s a boy or girl. I want to see different opinions leggo!

Finally. I have been following this case for months, ever since the story broke. I was curious as to what would happen. I knew he would get some time. I just wasn't sure how much.

To me, of course, it is just plain outright murder. Maybe not First Degree. But at least Second Degree. He intended to kill. He just had no idea as to what he was shooting at or why. Even if she struck the back of the police car, his response was insane. But the case is closed. He has been convicted of Manslaughter and Third Degree Murder. Most likely he will be in jail from 13 to 20 years. It doesn't seem right. But the family is satisfied that he will be a convicted murderer when he gets out of jail. That is going to be a hard 20 years, being a police officer and all.

The police say that this is because of a number of recent cases where subsequent information unearthed from these sources has resulted in failed prosecutions. They are suggesting that they may be unable to proceed with investigations into rape allegations if the victim refuses access to their phones and social media.

Those opposed to this suggest that it will cast suspicion over victims, may stop them from wanting to come forward and will make them feel like they are being "digitally raped" all over again.
