Training can be provided many ways, with professionals and those skilled to educate drivers and the public on their legal rights.

A) they know their rights and responsibilities to handle conflict with law enforcement. Training ensures they can respond in the best way, legally.

B) avoid social risks

By training people, we can have better sense of safety for both officers and the public.

I mention this specifically for "black" people because of the probability they are more at fear when dealing with police due to recent history.

As new administration comes in, promotes "law and order".. which means enforcement... probability of conflict and unfortunate outcomes... increasse. It only takes one incident to promote social chaos for the rest of us.

Because of the money you can pursue your dream career without having to worry about money and you can pursue your professional passions

or would you retire and just have fun

I believe it really started to go downhill for late-Millenials and GenZers for sure. There was such a strong emphasis on standardized testing and strict curriculums, so much that soft skills, socioemotional developmental skills, and interpersonal skills were severely neglected.

Employers often complain GenZ lacks professionalism and other soft skills. This is why. We were raised to sit at desks, do independant schoolwork, and have a 30-minute lunch break. Recess ended in the 5th grade, so that was one less opportunity to freely socialize with peers.

In addition, we have seen a rise in Autistic Spectrum Disorders and psychological disorders over the many years.

I most certainly agree with eliminating the US Dept of Education. I am onboard. They were a huge reason for the decline of the education system. To me, this was too much federal overreach into state affairs.

When you were in school, what was your worst subject?

Lol. As if losing a job is awkward enough, I don't consider it the "mental anguish" that some may take it as like a break up - lol : however always seek professional support - no my question here is just for humour banter about any stories if you're legally allowed to broadly post any answers or whatever. You know? No lawsuits please, ha. I for one have either resigned, been fired from or not renewed at countless jobs. I'm not proud of it, yet there is capitalism for all to behold. Sighs.
