If youthful features are so pretty then why do the famous women that get labeled as the prettiest tend to have sharp features, and look older?

I just want an opinion tbh, cause I see many men saying that women with youthful features ( big round eyes, full cheeks, and soft jawlines) are prettier because it looks more feminine, yet most actresses and supermodels...
