Are all females who wear thongs "sexy" in nature?

I used to think that thongs were for special occasions, for example, when I dressed up in lingerie with garter and pantyhose.

Recently I started wearing thongs because a coworker told me that he could see the lines of my underwear. I thought it was embarrassing, so now I wear thongs even when I'm at work.

However, I consider that I'm sexy in nature, so it's hard for me to answer my own question.
