Hangry = Angry because you haven't eaten.

I rarely even get the feeling of hunger, but my boyfriend gets some severe case of hanger, if he hasn't eaten in a while. I might have to start carrying snacks around for him. 😄

I know slurping is a cultural thing, but why slurp the types of foods that don't need to be slurped?

If this Q offended anyone or just sounded silly, I apologize. I don't know any Asian people in real life, so I was just really wondering why this is. I get slurping soup or noodles... but roasted meat - why?

I read a study on how cilantro tastes to you has a lot to do with your genes. Scientists were able to pin down most cilantro haters as people with a shared group of olfactory-receptor genes, called OR6A2, that pick up on the smell of aldehyde chemicals. Aldehyde chemicals are found in both cilantro and soap.

If you are one of those anti-cilantro folks, at least you know that it’s not really your fault and you can blame your parents.

I mean, from biological perspective yes. But we're constantly bombarded with promotions for fast food and such. You can raise a toddler with not a single ounce of junk food. But when they start mixing with their peers, they want to fit in with them and start eating junk food too.

Basically I feel that there's an indirect compulsion from society to buy and consume junk food.
Our past generations did extremely well without junk food. Can't we just completely eliminate junk food from our lives? Or can you?

I know your exact favorite kind of chips might not be any of these options but this is all I was allowed to enter in! May the odds ever be in your favor- Hunger games haha I don't know.. just like to be random sometimes 🙃😝 #Chipmania

I'm a vegan 💚

I use a trolley/cart. I try to do my weekly shopping in one day. I just plan ahead or rush down to the closest shop to get bits and bobs (which then, I use a basket for)

Went to the local farmers market today and they had a vendor selling French toast sandwiches. I'm kinda mixed, $8-10 for for a sandwich on sliced bread... I'd end up spending over $30 for lunch just for me lol.
$8 for a pb$j $9 for a Cuban... I do enjoy a good Cuban but these were small.

I got these blueberry bagels cause for some reason I have just been craving blueberry flavoured things. Usually I eat everything bagels or cheese bagels and put herb and garlic cream cheese on it but that doesn't sound good for a blueberry bagel. I don't have regular cream cheese so I have just been putting butter on it because nothing else seems quite fitting. What would you put on it?
