Questions: Girl's Behavior

I am not talking about perverts's attention of course but a woman can also attract the attention of a good man too.

This woman at work received roses for Valentine’s Day. There was no name on the note and when she called the florist they didn’t have a name either. She believes it came from someone down the hall from her. She went to her bosses and said that it did. The person she claims sent them denied doing it. Now she walks around giving him the evil eye. She will talk to him but neither one goes out of the way. Is she mad because she was wrong or believes he’s lying? Is there a chance she wanted it to be from him but it wasn’t? Any thoughts out there?

not that I care as these 2 places are in my bucket list either way along with Amsterdam, Tokyo, Philippines, Cambodia and many others.
