I am starting to workout and instead of getting a slim body, I get a thick muscular body. I am doing a lot of squats and getting a lot of muscle on the outer thigh. I am aiming for a thigh gap. Should I work on inner thigh workouts?

Or is bulky good?

Idk. I am getting thicker from working out... Help? I'm 14.

I always do otherwise I would feel uncomfortable throughout the whole day.
I always see people washing their hands before/after meals at the sinks of public toilets but hardly see them gargling although occasionally I see one or two ladies brushing their teeth after their meals. Haha.
And also very few people whom I know personally gargle after every meal.
What about you, GAGers? :)

Nobody gets out alive. Yet some of go easily, and for others it is a horror.
I have seen and watched death. I don't think I obsesses over it, but I definitely fear some more than others.

Basically, the theory suggests your weight - like your height - is pretty much determined by your genes.

"Set point theory suggests that our body has a particular range of weight that it is comfortable in, usually about 10% of a body’s weight. That means, if you weight 175, you have about an 18 pound range; if you weigh 325, you have about a 33 pound range. Most people lose and gain within this set point on a pretty regular basis. They may put on a little weight in the winter and lose it in the spring. Or get busy and drop a little weight. Or gain a little when stressed. Or lose a little during an illness. Or whatever. Some parts of the US actually made it illegal to discriminate based on weight. There are people who say they do feel discriminated based on their size.
Do you agree with weight being a protected class by law? Do you think this law should apply everywhere, and not just parts of the US?
I'm curious as to how others see this issue.

I personally don't know. I mean, yea I hate the fact that people mistreat overweight people so much that a law is even required. Not sure if I fully agree because unlike the other protected classes, weight can for most people, be controlled. But even then, why should a person have to control their appearance to not be discriminated against?
I also don't really like having the law have to threaten us to treat people who are different like human beings. I'd prefer if people weren't fucking assholes and treated those who are different like actual human beings, with no law telling us to do so. But that's not the world we live in yet, thanks a lot assholes.
