Do you gargle after every meal?

I always do otherwise I would feel uncomfortable throughout the whole day.
I always see people washing their hands before/after meals at the sinks of public toilets but hardly see them gargling although occasionally I see one or two ladies brushing their teeth after their meals. Haha.
And also very few people whom I know personally gargle after every meal.
What about you, GAGers? :)

I do it after every meal to prevent tooth decay and for fresher breath; especially after eating durians, fish, garlic, onions and spicy food. My job requires me to do a lot of talking and it would be inconsiderate if I let people smell what I have just eaten, haha :)

Gargle what? water or listerine? Either way no I don't, I just drink water after meals
