Are you usually still hungry when you finish a meal?

I rarely feel satisfied after eating. I’m wondering if this is common or not.

Usually yes. If I don't it's because I didn't eat a healthy meal or ate too fast. If you eat a balanced meal and take your time you should feel satisfied at the end. There's a difference between feeling not hungry any longer and feeling stuffed till you can't eat anymore.

That's something many people can't distinguish any longer. Especially in the US. When I'm done eating if I still feel hungry, I'll wait 15 min, and usually I'll realize I'm satisfied.

Just depends sometimes I am it just depends if you’re busy and exhausted your body may want more food or more healthy food.

If you’re eating a lot of junk because of time constraints that could be contributing to the problem. If you’re not eating say Meat. Veggies. Fruit. Things like that as opposed to junk food. Fast food. Eating out all the time

So the question is what you’re putting into your body. Once in a while to indulge in fast food or junk food is one thing.

But you need to be eating a real meal. Protein helps build muscles. Things like fruit and vegetables will help keep you healthy and you may notice. You feel fulfilled after eating.

Say a good breakfast. Bacon. Eggs. Sausage. Pancakes. For lunch maybe a sandwich and salad. Then for dinner again a good dinner.

Steak. Pork chops. Chicken. Fish…. It’s hard. I get cooking takes a lot of time when yooure busy

I can tell you. Eating a Big Mac. Fries and a Dr Pepper. I’m still hungry.

But having a real meal. I’m satisfied

I’m still a little bit hungry but usually 30 minutes later I feel content. If you eat until you feel full, then you probably have eaten too much.

I am on a diet currently and my meals are perfectly balanced to be fulfilling and nutritious.

I'm single so I'm the cook, and I give myself large portions, therefore not a problem for me.

I'm very active so I need the calories, though I snack too much on chocolate, biscuits, crisps etc.
