drink a glas of water and wait 30 minutes, it takes time for your Brain to get the message...

Drink water 30 minutes before food and during eating. Eat slowly with no distractions so you can focus on each bite and drink water after you finish. That should fill you up.


Or if u google it, there’s an article with a list of possible reasons, such as lack of sleep, emotional distress, dehydration etc.

Its all in your head if it happens all the time I love eating too that's one of the reasons i work out if I do over eat it's ok because it's going to turn in to muscle or IL burn it off at the gym but once I eat and get full I'm good anyways I know my appetite I got control over it just get a good workout routine something light go for walks or something set a diet 3 meals a day eat at that same time every day your start to know the types of foods that satisfieds your hungry everyone is different just figure out what works for u your start feeling stronger and have control on your needs I don't know thats what I do:)!

I had cabbage soup with beef but I think the issue was, it took my stomach an hour to realize that it’s full

This can happen if you drink water while eating , it make you feel your stomach is full but after a while you will feel hungry again
