I am 145 pounds... Am I unhealthy?

Due to genetics, all of my weight goes to my bottom and my thighs. I jog everyday, eat super healthy. Obesity runs in my family and I actually am the smallest. 5'3 tall. I'm 17.

A pear shape is very similar to the hourglass except the boobs are smaller and the thighs are a little wider. I have the pear shape. I am not overweight, but I have a lot of weight in my thighs and my buttocks.

Am I the only one annoyed by that? It bothers me when girls who are very clearly healthy or even skinny think they are fat, I weight like 168 and am 5'5 and even I don't really look fat and have never had any complaints....
