i'd realize that i wasted the day... or skipped sleeping... or skipped eating

the shock from that level of waste is usually enough to bring me around... well, until the next day...(god i need help, lol)

lol totally binged on Resse's peanut butter cups freshman year. I limited myself each week.

I binged (aka cheat meal/usually on ice cream) once every week to replenish all of my carbs and keep me going throughout my workouts during the week. I find that I lose fat/weight easier with that system. Do not recommend doing it every single day.
