I don’t feel comfortable sharing this with many people so I just want insight, no sarcastic answers.

I’ve worked in financial aid for almost a yr, prior to this I worked in academic advising at another school for 2 years. This job is remote & will stay remote, the last position wasn’t & I hated it bc of management, didn’t get along with some staff & was unhappy. This role is remote but so far I get along with my team & like my boss, I have times where I feel overwhelmed & as if I’m not good at my job bc FA can be a bit much. My boss gives good feedback but I compare myself to others & second guess my work ethic.

I’ve interviewed for 3 roles so far, after my 2nd interview I was offered role as a Proof of graduation specialist. My boss was a Mgr for this dept before & said the job itself can be monotonous, the team was nice she just didn’t like managing it bc of the drama it came with. I was offered a position, same pay, wouldn’t start till March & the offer letter won’t be sent until next wk anyway so I have time to think about it.

I just interviewed for another job in the same company but academic services, the pay is a lot higher & I think I’ll be hearing back next wk. I like my current job but it’s call center like, can be busy & I want to get more experience in higher education. Sometimes it just doesn’t feel like a good fit but I’m worried it’ll come across as job hopping, I won’t be good at it & I won’t have the same type of mgmt/team dynamic I have now. If I get the academic services job that triumphs all no expectations though, I’m asking more about if I don’t get it & I have to choose between the offer I just got & my current role. I feel like I’m underpaid too with my current rate, which won’t change if I have to accept the offer I just got.

Cranachan. Oats, cream, raspberries and whisky. Scotland in a glass.

Dundee cake. A fruit cake with lots of almonds on top

Typsy Laird. Like an English trifle but with jam and whisky

Clootie dumplings. Like a Christmas pudding but lighter and less rich

Sticky toffee pudding, a date sponge pudding topped with toffee sauce.

Spotty dick, a plain sponge pudding with raisins. Usually served with custard

Eton mess, dropped your pavlova? No problem just shove it in a glass.

English trifle, does a trifle contain jelly? Probably the most divisive question you can ask in England.

So olivia and the gang are looking for a black rapist. Nice, thicc looking white lady is heading home and this kid in the dark (like me but I don't wear a hoodie, i walk in the dark) is approaching her. She tells him to get back, and she claims he got about one foot close to her before she "defends" herself by shooting him. Police get there and the kid is out cold and lady is holding the gun.

So, here's the game. You asked this kid if he wants something, he says nothing and you can't see his headphones. He enters your personal space by pushing the gate separating you two and now he can practically touch you. Sooo, how you gonna handle this?

I often hear people say that it is a "privilege" or "luxury" to be able to afford being a stay at home mom but is it really? Like most of the time it would cost more sending kids to daycare vs staying at home to watch them.

It seems to me like this is just another way people shame moms by calling it a luxury to make it seem like what they are doing isn't a real job

My dad is half Dutch and half Japanese, and my mom is American with British and Irish ancestry.

Lesbians and their tattoos... it seems like they go together almost like spaghetti and meatballs. It seems impossible to find a lesbian that either doesn't already have a lot of visible tattoos; or plans to get some if they aren't already tattooed. And whenever tattoos are mentioned in lesbian spaces the reaction to them is almost always super positive, rather than "eh not my thing" or just a neutral reaction. I either just don't say anything or go along with it to not be a party pooper or ruin other people's enjoyment of tattoos. Whenever I do run into the rare girl who doesn't have any tattoos or plans to get any... they're you guessed it, straight.

Today I literally just looked up "lady without tattoos" on Google to... well, look at some pretty ladies who have no tattoos... but ironically, almost all of the pictures shown were of ladies with tattoos... of the pictures that came up though I did find ONE woman with tattoos that I found VERY pretty... the long haired blonde woman in the blue tank top in the first picture. And not too far away from her picture was woman in the second picture, the one with shorter red hair in the black tank top who despite showing the same amount of skin as the blonde woman was heavily tattooed in the exact same places where the blonde woman had absolutely zero tattoos.

Comparing the two of them is literally like night and day to me. Though in general they're both very pretty ladies with gorgeous facial features and fantastic smiles; the blonde one turns me on A LOT, the red haired one does not AT ALL. And it's literally all in their tattoos for me. The blonde one is quite boldly/confidently displaying her arms/shoulders and some of her torso/cleavage as well, and you see absolutely ZERO tattoos. All you see is her silky smooth slightly tanned skin with no marks of any sort, which she likely takes very good care of. Meanwhile... the red haired one is literally covered ALL OVER in tattoos in the same spots the other woman has none.

In the United States, Donald Trump says he's running for President again. This means his fascists and QAnons will be marching around statues and at the Capitol, smashing, maiming and killing. Would you confront a Nazi?

Finally someone who "knows" me, a little lol. I agree with this zodiac author/fortune teller/detector.
