I am currently in a field I like but the day to day grind is tough sometimes. Early, early mornings. I have to drive all over the state and it's tough dealing with winter and waking up at 2am sometimes. I also have a lot of freedom and there are positives to the job that I like.

I am trying to get into a work from home position in a field I am excited about, but I can't find anything that will hire with fair pay.

I technically have the ability to make $90k-$120k in this role, but that Is 8-12 years down the line when I get experience and find another role.

I currently make $32 an hour. I found a job that is exactly what I want, but the pay is ridiculous. They want to start you on a probationary period at $15. After a year you can make $18. After two years you make $20. And it goes from there based on how good you are.

This is too big of a pay drop but the benefits would be working from home and eliminating all I mentioned above. It also gets me in the door for what I want to do. The only downside is the salary, of course. What would you do?

there's a girl that I have been struggling to talk to for some time (I know its lame to be scared to talk to girls but still just hear me out) and today she gave me a "shit test" which for those who don't know is just soft teasing to see your reaction. It was a really easy test where she asked me a question about me acting different recently and I almost instantly froze up, stuttered for a few seconds, then made up a lame excuse before turning away and we didn't say another word to each other for the rest of the day.

Im pretty sure I screwed it up since before she had a neutral opinion about me and now its likely negative. Is there any way to recover from this absolutely idiotic fail.

So this came up when me and my friends were driving around and passed a group of homeless people all huddled around on the floor on the sidewalk and each of my friends stopped to give some money to the homeless. One friend give them $100, another gave them $20, and all of my friends gave money to the homeless... except for me.

And then they asked me "why didn't you give money to the homeless? Don't you have a conscience?" And I was like I do have a conscience but I don't really give a shit about these people who most likely got themselves into this situation and probably blowing all the money people give them on drugs and none on food and water.

And my friends have been bugging me about this for more than a week talking about how I don't have a conscience and I'm like YES I HAVE A FUCKING CONSCIENCE!

One time I even tried to give food and water to some homeless people long ago in the past. Some clean unopened water bottles, some food, a mix of fruits and vegetables and meat just in case they're not allergic to at least one thing, and they rejected it and wanted money instead.

And then I see these same people who are allegedly struggling smoking all sorts of expensive drugs, pissing and shitting on the streets, harassing people who pass by, and overall doing nothing to improve their situation. And I'll say it again I don't give a shit about them.

So do I have a conscience? Are my friends right about me not having a conscience?

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are former Saturday Night Live comedians who have done well in the entertainment industry. They have often worked together, hosting award shows and other events. Each has also directed and acted in TV shows and films.

In short, they are attractive intelligent and funny women.
