What are some telltale signs online and in real life that someone is average looking objectively, and what are some signs that some is above average?

I don't know, I guess from a bias perspective, why wouldn't you think you are above average at least, especially if you feel you have great features, no real flaws, even proportions, good bmi, and so on and so forth
