Since you have been given a new creature after finding the joy of the Lord, Jesus Christ, have you recently found yourself struggling and hard to shake your old creature?

I know it's hard for me because I have 4 sins that I am fighting hard to get the victory over and 2 of them seem to be leaving my desires very quickly. Since receiving a new creature, many of my ways as an old creature have faded but since we are still in our flesh, our flesh wants to take over the life from our spirit man,

What are some good ways to make sure we continue in our new creature and never yield back to the ways of our old creature?

Imagine that you're using the Bible as a teaching tool. How useful would it be for teaching history, in terms of how much of the information you consider to be accurately representative of historical events.

Think about it, people always say that when Jesus returns, our clothes will be falling off of us, but have they ever thought that maybe Jesus will return while we are showering?

Also, what if the horse Jesus came back on was brown or black instead of white? Would you point out that detail later when you spoke to Jesus face in face entering eternal time in Heaven?

These things I have pondered about. What do you think?

Giving the mind time to be quiet is underrated. Meditation has not come easy to me. It is difficult to make time to do what seems like nothing.
If it feels like no benefit the first time, try again. There is magic to it.
I have fewer anxieties now than at any point in my life.
