My boyfriend and I have been dating for nearly a year. The only person in his family that hates me is his father; I'll never be welcome in his presence. Luckily his parents are separated and live on different apartments. I can still come to this mother's place.

About 20 years ago, his father was wronged badly by a girl. She's one of those women many guys hate. That woman happens to be my mother. I don't even get along with her and hate her radical ideas, her hypocrisy, etc. She hasn't changed. She's still wants to find someone wealthy. She's a user. Unfortunately I'm guilty of looking like her when she was young and also sharing her first name and last name. She was a single mother (my real father bailed out) and named me like her.

My boyfriend's father freaked out (it made it even worse when he knew I shared her name too) upon seeing my appearances and wishes we stop dating. He thinks I have it in my veins, that it's in my blood, that I'm just like my mother... that I'll hurt his son just like my mother used him. Does our relationship stand a chance?

So my boyfriend was playing a video game and I asked him to use his insta because mine wasn’t working well (not to self he doesn’t use social media like that so he doesn’t have the insta app so he uses it on the internet) anyways he said no when I asked saying that he would have to log in etc so while he was playing the game I went on and I saw that he looked up his ex girlfriend I asked y and he said out of curiosity and tbh I don't know if this is normal to look up ur ex etc because I don’t so when I said that I freaked out because he said “I looked out of curiosity to see if she’s dead or alive I don’t hate the girl” tbh I just wanna know if I’m being over dramatic or I have a right to be mad. Also we met in October 2020 and he came from gorgia to NEW YORK we met at work and apparently her birthday is New Years, his sister is friends with her so back den he lied and said she was in the car with his sister when he called so out of respect he wished her happy birthday but 2 days ago I found out that he actually called her and wished her happy birthday because he said he promised before he left gorgia that he will call her on her birthday He also went along and said that she was his best friend. I just wanna know how I should feel cause it’s 2022 now and we still together. Am I being over dramatic or I just be mad.

Me and my boyfriend stays together everyday and we both got sick
He got sick first and then I got sick
I have bad cough and sore throat
He has a cough here and there (sometimes can't breathe) and he can't smell/taste

We did a PCR test yesterday and it came negative few hours later

His workplace always have the covid home test for all employees to take before work
But then he went to work this morning, and it shows abit of positive line on his covid test but they let him in because the PCR test is more accurate than the covid home test

He kept telling me to go home and isolate because he's freaking out he might be positive and he doesn't want me to get covid and spread it to my elder parents (they're 60+ so they're more vulnerable)

Does this make sense?
Why would he still go to work if he thinks he's positive but then tells me to go back home to my parent's place?

My parent's place is only 5 mins drive away from ours
