So... Garou... he's, interesting? He's a human from One Punch Man (For those who don't know.) He trained in the way of Flowing Water and Crushing Rock. He decided he wanted to take his power to the next level. Thinking himself a monster, (and proving it to be true more often than not.) Garou threw himself from fight to fight with tougher and tougher heroes. Now Sasuke Uchiha is a different story. A human by all accounts except a few. he's a ninja with expert level Chakra control and eyes that would make the bravest man hesitate. Sasuke, in his prime, is minus an arm but full of over powered jutsus. Fighting side by side with Hokage Naruto, Sasuke becomes even stronger. My question is (to all you nerds...) who would win?

Demon Ring- Control ten demons initially. May only be used for good. Each year you gain control of an extra demon. You may force the demons to fight evil people, or construct monuments as slave labor or anything else "good". You may not use the demons for evil.

Ring of Absorption- gives 100% Absorb of all heat energy and negative heat energy and convert it to life force. You may also channel fire and cold energy. This is a reality warp. Does not absorb Lightning's electrical current, but does absorb the heat energy of lightning.

Ring of Nature - Able to control plant and animal life telepathically and talk to animals. May be used to spy on evil people or entangle them in vines, or summon a pack of wolves to attack evil people, etc. Able to heal people and animals and even restore them to life.

Lightbringer (FInal Fantasy 6) - One handed Holy Rune Sword which converts holy energy into guaranteed critical hits that can never miss. Deals Holy Damage on striking and may randomly cast a Holy spell on the enemy. Increases your ability to evade physical and magical attacks by 50%. Holy damage is doubled against Undead.

Master's Scroll and Ultima Weapon (Final Fantasy 6) - You move 4 times faster and may make 4 times as many physical attacks in combat. You wield Ultima Weapon which converts your life force into a more powerful weapon which cannot miss in combat and the damage can't be reduced or absorbed.

Lightning Ring - You know all of the lightning spells from Final Fantasy 6 including "monster only" abilities such as megavolt, gigavolt, terravolt, "Punish" and "Destroy", and you know all of the "time" spells, including Haste/2, slow/2, Quick, Stop, Protect, Shell, etc.

Ring of Earth - You are impervious to physical injury, but not energy attacks, and you may phase through solid matter. Your physical attributes are quadrupled, and you may telekinetically lift and throw objects weighing up to two metric tons at combat speed.
