Also without collectivism humans don't do great things.
For example when you see a great invention or great feat of engineering it was always done by a group of people.
The science knowledge of how to create something like an airplane or a skysraper was built apon by people thoughout time, then someone creates a blueprint, then a large team of people doing different jobs builds what is being built.
