Met a guy on Hinge a while ago. Because of my schedule, I wasn’t able to meet him until about 2 weeks ago. He was super accommodating to my schedule.

Date 1 (Friday night): I suggest drinks since he’s new to my area. We do that and take a nice stroll around the city. He was a gentleman the entire time which I loved. He was also super eager to see me again and probably asked me ~3 times during the course of the night when he’d get to see me again. He dropped me off at my apartment and we kissed.

”2”: The following night, Saturday. Again because of my schedule, couldn’t do anything until late so we decided on a chill night. We made dinner together and I slept with him and slept over. When he took me home, he asked again when he’d get to see me again. We made loose plans for the coming week. I should also mention, at some point we were chatting (we were talking about dating) and he said he generally doesn’t like the texting every second every single thing you do (like I just drank water, I just ate a cookie etc). Which was fine with me, I also mentioned that I hate small talk. We’d text every other day. He hit me up a day or two later asking if I had a few free minutes for lunch (he was close to my area). Made plans for the end of the week.

“3”: this past Friday night. We went to a lounge/bar area I suggested, went back to his place, hooked up again. (Almost forgot, he’s been dropping me off and picking me up since date 1 which is about an hour drive each way). Drove me home the next morning but this time, didn’t ask when he’d see me again. I knew it was a busy weekend for him (he was visiting family for the weekend and had a soccer game he was playing in right after dropping me off). I haven’t heard from him since.

I don’t know if it’s me overthinking this especially because we did kinda establish that we don’t like the small talk texting, but does it sound like losing interest? Should I text him?

Hi! I am clueless and dumb in the dating scene so please don't skin me alive but still give your honest opinions please! I met this guy on a dating site 2 weeks ago and he seemed really interested in me and asked to meet right away after texting for about 3 days. I was a little hesitant on meeting as I've been on dates previously and had wasted my time getting played, so asked him to meet a week later to see if he was still interested. We texted back and forth for the entire week and met up. The date went really well, good connection, he held my hand and asked for a second date straightaway. I deleted my dating app a week ago and told him so when he asked if I was seeing anyone else.
So, two days after our first date, we met up again, though this time the conversation a bit dry and I was nervous. He told me he had deleted the dating app while we were on our walk then sat us down in a garden where convo didn't flow smoothly resulting in long awkward silent pauses. I tried to bring up convo but they ended dryly. He put his arm around me and after another awkward silence, gave me a little peck on the lips. We left and I walked him back to his car where he gave me another peck again, this time not mentioning a third date at all. After the second date, he didn't text as quickly as he did the first time, so I initiated contact first and thanked him for the date. He replied the next day but since then his replies have been slower than they were before. His texting tone had remained the same though. I'd also noticed he'd been online on the dating app recently too. I think it's fairly obvious he's lost interest but I like to be blindly optimistic at the wrong time, so someone knock some sense into me? Thanks. He's also quite a busy person so maybe that's why? Should I ask for a third date or leave it be :'(

My boyfriend 18 m, has adhd, so him not responding for hours because of his hyperactivity or hyper focus is super normal, and I learned that earlier. But I feel like something is off, our texting schedule is a bit weirder than it used to be, so instead of not responding to my recent message, he’ll call me hours later throughout the day and we’ll talk for a few hours, then he’ll lie and say “my moms calling me” to get off the phone. Secondly, he hasn’t called me many pet names recently, he usually calls me babe or goldfish and he hasn’t, and I know it’s stupid to be worried but I read so many articles of guys falling out of love with their girlfriend because they lost interest. He just seems less romantic than he usually is... it’s only been a few days since he’s started this, and it’s making me so nervous.

So in the beginning when this guy and i started talking we were flirting/sexting and video calling a lot and sending snap videos a lot. We decided to do a video call on the weekends. I told him how i felt about sexting and we cut it down a bit and now its to the point where we hardly sext, hardly sends me snaps of him or explict pics. I would send him stuff and there was a couple times where he didn't send me anything back. He was tired. We've been talking for 2 months and he wants something real and doesn't like doing things virtually and rather in person i want that too but due to covid I've been a little hesitant until things are a bit better. There would be a couple times where he made me felt bad for expressing how i felt. We talk a lot about how we feel towards each other and talk about the future. I'm just worried he's losing interest.
