Search Results: are we meant for each other wedding

Ok, I need to say something. I don't understand why when asked who's the perfect couple many say Ross and Rachel. I think they are the worst couple EVER. Here are some of the reasons why I think that:
- They're both very stubborn, arrogant, prideful and jealous.
- They were on again off again throughout the Friends series. They say they don't want to be together yet won't let the other be happy with someone else. One of the examples is when Ross was about to marry Emily. Rachel insisted she didn't love him and was happy for him. But at the last minute she decided she did love him and wanted him back, so she ruined the wedding. Yet after Ross and Emily divorced, she decided it was best for them to not get back together.
- They won't admit how they really feel or say what they really mean.
- More than once, they've put their friends in a difficult position having to choose sides.
Now, I think that Monica and Chandler are a WAY better couple. Here's why:
- They started out as friends before they became a couple.
- Despite both of there issues (Chandler with his commitment issues and use of sarcasm as a defense mechanism, and Monice with her neat freak OCD and being very loud) they remain together.
- They're able to work out all their issues and stay together as a couple. Some example are jealousy, distance, and not being able to conceive.
- They say they love each other and mean it.
I actually think that they're underrated. I also don't think the fact that Rachel and Ross ended up together IN THE VERY END doesn't make them a better couple. Because let's be honest, they had to end the series that way, and if they continued it, I think they would've broken up again. Now I just wanna know who do you think is the perfect couple? Thanks :)
