had been noticing the air in my back tire was low , the last couple days. then today I noticed there was a small roofing nail along the edge of the tire. ( it is a jeep but I don't go off roading with it , have been through some dirt parking lots though )

but whats weird is its not in the threads , part of the tire that actually touches the road. but rather the outside of the treads , you can see its about half an inch away from the part which touches the road

already took it to a garage and they patched it up and think the tire will be ok , although its older tires so if it doesn't work , likely needed new ones anyways

I want to believe it was an accident but a part of me is concerned it might be something more sinister , I go to a lot of bars and honestly over the course of a summer. likely do piss some people off and I've had my vehicle targeted before. someone broke into it a month ago and stole some cash and threw items on the ground. last year someone threw a bag of tortilla chips on the windshield when I was inside a bar at night.

so not sure what's going on here , I took a picture as photographic evidence in case anything else weird happens to my vehicle
