My opinion: Unless you are going to the beach/raging water for tanning, swimming and water plays, pulling off such pair of shorts is very rude due to so much legs appealing and revealing, yuck! Don't justify by saying it's freedom of dressing or dressing for comfort. People are offended a lot by your sexy expression and crying for attention little young chicks! I am a straight man (age of 25-29) and I feel bothered and offended. You girls should stop showing legs and cleavage. It's gross! Seriously, most of you look generic, cheap, childish (or less mature) and less attractive but you don't know and you keep following this hipster style other girls wear.

there is a couple girls I know , they mentioned they were going to big city last weekend which is 2 hours away to party for girls birthday but whole thing had me suspious as to why they'd go all the way there to party.

you gotta think there up to no good and doing things they don't want parents to know about , there all about 21 and live with parents during summer as there back from school and seem to party a lot and really into drinking. I could just see them down there , dressing extremely sexy , drinking like wild and doing drugs or having sex with random guys they meet at the bar or something along that line. it just seems like a long way to go and its not like anyone back home is going to know what they were up to or what they did. they were likely up to no good right? no one heads all the way to the big city and acts good once they get there especially if there drunk.
