If someone are grabbing your attention, which part is the first thing you will notice from him or her? I'm talking about outer look like hand, breast, hair etc.. because I believe that mostly the first impression that attract you will be the appearance before you know their attitude and other behavior.

I'm only asking for your personal opinion, because I guess every man will feel differently.

I've been watching a British reality show called Love Island, and all the girls on it (in my opinion) look so beautiful, but they've had heaps of work done. Lip fillers, hair extensions, fake breasts, nose job, cheek fillers, botox, eyelash extensions, fake tan etc. Nonetheless, I still can't help but feel very plain and insecure about my own looks when I see them - even when they take off all their makeup they still look beautiful. Like, my hair is long but it would look even longer and more beautiful with extensions. I have pretty good-sized boobs for my small frame but they would look so much nicer & perkier if I got a breast lift. I've been told I have a good facial structure but my cheeks aren't huge and my nose isn't perfect. My eyelashes are only long & dark when I wear mascara. Like I just feel kind of plain?

I guess I'm wondering if guys prefer girls who are natural, or girls who look more beautiful but only because of all the work they have had done. Maybe I'm just looking for reassurance? I guess it's subjective though because all guys are going to have different opinions, but I'm curious to see what the general consensus it.

Majority of women have or will at some point get these things:

Spots - everyone gets spots once in a while
Stretch marks
Arm pit hair
Pubic hair
Ass hole hair
Wobbly fat parts
Period blood
Vaginal discharge
Natural smell
Sweat
Fat during pregnancy
Fat during breast feeding
Saggy breasts
Wrinkles in old age
Grey hair
(There are more things but I'll end the list here)

... but I've noticed men seem to get annoyed/bothered by these things listed.

As if the natural man was NEVER attracted to the natural woman without any interventions.

It makes me wonder are men even attracted to women behind the mask they are told to wear?

(I hope you will answer the question genuinely, and I really don't want to argue about women are perfect and only the ugly ones have issues listed above.) Thanks for the help.
