The money printing isn't working and each time they print more money. Dollar is dropping. Retail sales are way down. We still have high first time filings for unemployment. Not many new jobs created. Gov't has so fouled up , that not even old jobs can be filled. New min wage looks like $20 an hour which means $10 Big Macs. Supply chain disruptions. Inflation like 1970"s. Crime at all time highs. Illegals flooding borders stealing valuable resources. US is heading for a death mull. We are having a slow death.

So, I saw this map on a mini-documentary on YouTube, "Fleeing California," about why California is basically such a sh*thole and why Texas is its positive equivalent. One source showed the price of gas (and all other living expenses) in California being sky high. I immediately saw it, took a screenshot, and thought it was coincidentally what people say about living in the US in general. I. E, where is best to live and where is worst.

I hear New England is pretty bad, and the NYC/New Jersey/Philly area needs to be light red as well, but besides that, it seems to coincidentally match what people have been telling me. I've always heard Florida was a sh*thole ten+ years ago, but people are now telling me it's great and real estate is big and super-cheap there.

A little bit of back story. I planned on joining the U. S. Army after high school and get into real estate after my service, but things happened with my mental health which lead me to drop out of high school and lock myself away in my room for the past couple of years. It kills me that I fell so far off track.

Recently I've decided that it's better to regret being late than regret not doing it at all, so I'm turning my life around. I'm 22 now and just got my first ever job at Lowe's working part-time. I'm not planning to move out of my parents soon (I'll get to that), instead I want to put most of my money into fixing my parent's house which just turned 100 years old.

I'm planning on joining the army in 2 years (at 24). I'm giving myself 2 years to prepare myself by losing weight, getting into the best shape of my life, learning about what I'm going to do in the army, and getting my GED. I've already joined an MMA gym and I'm getting my driver's license in June.

While serving in the Army I want to take real estate classes, investment classes, and get a real estate license. I'll maybe invest in real estate while in the Army if I have the opportunity, but I'm sure that I'll invest my money into something.

After my service, I want to be a full-time investor investing mainly in real estate, and hopefully have my own real estate company one day.

This is just the plan I've come up with. It could change. It really depends on what happens when the time comes.
