Search Results: being shallow

Now over the years I've forced a diverse background from military to security to construction to medical. And I usually have male bosses. No issues. Usually as I can hold my own there's quite a bit of respect.

I find with a female boss and/or second in command they're problematic. I've yet to have a good encounter with such individuals. They are shallow, insecure and/or petty / not really team players. I know male bosses can be too, however, seems to be more a woman thing and as anyone should know a team/company is only as good as the boss themselves (crap bosses = crap employees as the good ones won't hang around).

Ps. A lot of leftist/feminists would say not as skilled. What's keeping a woman from being as skilled? Nothing. Except so many nowadays have their hands out saying give me.
