I have a very close friend (woman 32 YO), she for her work, she is a rotary and works in many places, sometimes 12 or 24 hours in one place and then 6 or 12 hours the next day in another place and so on, she works a long time and she tells me that she always uses the famous app to get trips around (in a car with driver), once I asked her if she slept when she was in the car and she said NO. (For security reasons of her), I've been thinking and thinking if it would be nice if I bought her some non-lethal self defense, like "pepper spray", this gas you use to disable a potential attacker (someone PC *) (Hahahahaha).

Women who would think if their friend gave them a present (because I don't think it's a gift) like this?

the idea is to buy the case, and the object itself (pepper gas too), because buying something to carry it in a women's bag, among the 1001 things they have in their bag, while they find it and all that, they spend seconds that are valuable, it's a spice case + the pepper gas. for umore easier and more accessible use. (you can put it on a strap or pants).

Dear ladies of the forum: if they are going to leave me with the falsehood PC * That a "Strong woman" does not need any of that, because she is "strong" and with her physical-mental strength, she can do tremendous things, please , be serious and mature, we are talking about an average woman who is 1.60 m tall (or 5.24 foot) and weighs approximately 63 kg (or 138 pounds). Too many people still don't understand the damages of mental illness, mostly because they refuse to understand. They think that just because they can't see it from a 3rd person perspective means that it's not real.

I've suffered from mental illness for 12 years now and I can tell you from experience that it's crippling.

I might go as far as to say that mental illness is worse than physical illness. Mental illness has no real cure and it doesn't kill you outright, it forces you to suffer.

I mentioned that I've been suffering for 12 years, could you imagine having the flu for 12 years. You suffer from the symptoms but it's not going to kill you but make you suffer, and you can't do anything about it.

Before anyone says "well mental illness doesn't kill you" well it kinda does and doesn't at the same time. Sometimes it seems like death would actually be a mercy, and mental illness may not kill you on it's own, but it can cause you to do something that leads to your death like suicide. There's plenty of cases where mental illness causes people to kill others, like with all these mass shootings.

I didn't ask for this. I didn't toss a penny in a well and wished for a damaged brain. This is something I have to live with probably for the rest of my life.

Yet people refuse to understand. They say "you just need to pick yourself up by the boot straps" but it doesn't work like that. Believe me I've tried so many times.
