I think it is funny they are liberals that post links by liberal organizations, controlled by liberal sites. That is like the fox guarding the fox house and telling you he has no idea what happen to all the chickens. They won't allow pics that are anti liberal subjects. They censor and take down those pics. A pic is neither right or wrong , but liberals get insulted and sometimes they prove how nuts liberals are. Sometimes pics just make liberal look ugly or bad and they take them down. Sometimes they are quotes of what they actually said and they realized how stupid it was and take them down to protect the liberal so they won't look bad.

These fools say or even think Google is neutral , and facebook is neutral, and Twitter is Neutral. When all these sites refuse to post anything a Conservative says or as done. These site openly lie about Conservatives and their "fact checks" are even lies.

So, don't be a dumb ass and post liberal links that are completely biased to my questions here. Quit wasting the people's time with such trash.

Another reason the country is moving towards civil war.

I've heard on 60 days in that inmates see touching someone else's property for any reason is a sign of disrespect and it's easy to see why that may be the case.

For me, I agree as I see someone who touches someone else's property without permission as a sign that they don't respect the person enough to stay within their boundaries and acknowledge that the property in question does not belong to them but to someone else. It also wouldn't take much for the person to then resort to taking property that isn't theirs if boundaries aren't set that others are not to touch their property without permission.

I get quite pissed off when others touch my things without a good reason, such as it's in the way or they need more space in a public setting, or I unknowingly took their seat, in which case, I'll be moving and apologize and it's not a problem.

When people enter my office and move things around or go on the computer, I know right away that someone did it because things are not the way I had left them and it tells me that they don't respect my privacy while I'm at work and don't respect my personal items. So it does piss me off when people do that, if I'm there, I won't be shy to tell them to stop touching my stuff or ask them how they'd like it if I started rifling through their personal items without permission.

Do you see it as a sign of disrespect?

I frequently hear calls to end qualified immunity, but due to the context in which I frequently hear these calls, I suspect those calling for it to end don't know what qualified immunity is.

For instance, I've seen in videos of controversial shootings where people in the comments called to end qualified immunity. This demonstrated that they don't know what qualified immunity is.

In simple terms, qualified immunity requires that the plaintiff is able to articulate how the officer violated their constitutional rights as well as clearly established laws before a lawsuit can move forward against the arresting officer.

I have yet to see someone call for an end to qualified immunity who can answer the question correctly as to what it is and it appears that they're assuming what it is by how it sounds and granted, the name does sound overreaching.

Qualified immunity does not in any way protect officers from being investigated for misconduct, facing criminal charges if necessary, nor does it stop people from moving forward with a lawsuit against the department, rather it only protects officers from civil lawsuits where the plaintiff can't articulate that their rights were violated.

Everyone should have this in my opinion as nobody should be able to punish someone by making them lawyer up and remain in limbo for however many years it takes for the lawsuit to settle if the plaintiff is unable to articulate that the defendant violated their constitutional rights in any way.
