Both of these college majors are often laughed at for being too easy and not opening many doors. But despite the naysaying, there have been people who’ve managed to find great careers with these majors.

However, which do you think offers more opportunities in the long run? In my opinion it’s communication studies because almost every job requires some form of communication with others. While history may improve critical thinking skills, not many employers are specifically looking for a person who’s well versed in history, except for employers within museums and schools.

I knew this girl in highschool, she claimed to be my friend, but she seemed far from it. We went on one horrible date, and she treated me like garbage since. She'd ask to hang out and be super late or would cancel within an hour of the hang out.
Last year, we hung out for the first time in a few years, and I thought she would be nicer but she just was rather insulting and rude about my life choices and career, despite being further ahead in life than her.
Since then, she's texted me a few times, but not something I'd need to answer. But she texted me asking for advice this past week, and I deleted the message because it was about her car and I'm a mechanic.
Will she take a hint I'm not interested in her version of friendship and stop asking me for favors?

Met this gorgeous girl and have fallen for her big time. After a few weeks of dating I told her I have a child and just like that she dumped me. I think she is in the wrong and should give it a chance.

She explained that it’s not so much the child but the ex that comes attached to it and it’s just to much hassle. She is somebody that is career driven and does live quite a exciting life so I know she doesn’t want kids until a couple of more years. I just think it’s harsh and told her this. We got into a huge fight, And she replied it’s her choice that she managed to not get pregnant its not that difficult and that she wants somebody without baggage so they can do spontaneous things and put each other first.

A few of my friends agreed with her which annoyed me even more. So is she right or wrong? I am 31 and she is 28 by the way.
