Shit. When my mom died last year, she sardonically said "You can cry now," as if I was a bitch for even being sad my mom died.

I was talking earlier, and she does this thing where she sees something in my eye--a dot or whatever--and she will drop everything she's doing; all attention; then, she will poke me in the fucking eye trying to get it out. Literally every time I started talking, suddenly, that dot in my eye is very interesting, so she puts a god damn finger in the corner of my eye mid-fucking-sentence.

I'm supposed to be fine with this, apparently. I warned her low-key, the first time, "Um. What are you doing?"

Like. Do I need this shit? I'm shredded; gonna be rich as fuck; got plenty of options. I'm starting to question getting treated like nothing I say matters. Her ADD has been difficult at times, but when her attention just starts dispersing any time I start talking, that shit gets old and annoying.
