ok so let's say that someone tried to kill you, almost killed you, or tried to kill one of your friends or family or almost or did kill one or more of your friends or family or if that person stole a ton of money from you or your family or some other kind of evil doing against you or your family.

Now lets say you are a Christian and you are forgiving and you say that it is God's right to revenge and not yours. But you still have "feelings" and you still have to know if what they did or what they are saying is "worth it in your heart to know they are truly sincere or not sincere and not worth it to keep them as a friend", but to love anyways.

Here is their apology: (apology A)

"you know it was a long time ago (insert some form of time, maybe few days to few years), so it's OK. Get over it. Stop being selfish and only thinking of yourself. I'm OK with it. God's OK with it because God forgave me. I accepted God's forgiveness. It's not yours to judge if what I did was evil or good anyways. You have to forgive me to. I can't do anything about it now, it's done and over with. No matter what I say I can't do anything. You're being a psycho and immature if you can't get over it. Everyone else does it, so that's why I did it. you're just jealous you didn't get to do it. Just shut your mouth about it already. I don't want to hear about your emotions or feelings. Get over it already, it's been (insert time here) already! If you don't get over it, then you are an evil person and you will and are going to go to hell!"

I don't know but what would your response be to that?

"I'm really sorry what I"ve done. I know time does not heal all things, and what I've done is a sin no matter how long ago it was. I know I hurt your feelings and I'm really sorry. I wasn't a good Christian/person back then and I wasn't thinking about God or anyone else and I was being selfish. I really need you to forgive me so that God can also forgive me. It says in the bible that if I offend anyone I need to amend what I've done otherwise God will not accept my offerings/me. I know that I offended you greatly, and caused you much pain. I wish I could take all that pain away. Please have mercy on me and find it in your heart to have pity on me, someone who didn't know God and didn't know what was right or wrong. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to amend my sin against you. I know it was an evil thing I did, I did something against God and I ask God every day to forgive me and I feel terrible about it all the time. I know God forgave me, a sinner, a terrible person, a sinful and undeserving person. I need you to forgive me too, I know I don't deserve it but I beg of you if you forgive me I will always be in debt to you. Please find it in your heart to forgive me, but if you can't I understand that the pain/grief I have caused you is too great. I"m truly sorry!"
