Okay, maybe you're not THAT excited but I imagine lots of people are. :P

According to Bloomberg, it seems we've got the launch date of the Apple iPhone 7: September 7, which is just around the corner. It looks like pre-orders might start on September 9, with the release on the 16th. It's kinda buried in the article but a few sources, like Forbes, have pounced on it.

We've got an idea of what to expect but the announce event will be a big deal, as it always is.

Okay, so the phrase is usually cat lover but in all honesty, any animal can be a humans affection. Dogs, snakes, even (eep) spiders.

I hold up my hands. I adore my cat. Far more than I probably should.

My cat was abandoned as a kitten - left out in a bin bag about 5 months old. He was desperately in need of someone to look after him, and I've always been very motherly and been desperate to release these feelings. So we ended up literally mummy and baby. He likes me to hold him like a baby and he falls asleep, we kiss each other's noses, he even sits on his bum and asks to be lifted for cuddles (and he's not small. He weighs 6.5kg which is healthy for his size, confirmed by vets). He's now 4 and a half years old and no sign of becoming more independant.

Thankfully my boyfriend is very understanding and doesn't mind our close bond. I was wondering if you too could cope with this sort of close human - animal bond? Or would you feel it strange or even be jealous of it?
