So i know this guy for year, and we are on different colleges in sam ebuilding (i'm in group with his good friend).
Since college started he's been acting different torwards me than other girls. He notices me, looks and stares and few times we locked eyes.
Also he's been acting like this:
-i was walking home and he moved few meters from place he was standing to see me leaving
-i looked in his group and he moved from tham and looked in my direction
-i was close to his table and he was quiet. When i moved away he was talkative. When he couldn't see me his friend looked at me
-he was with friends outside and i was going home. They were all quiet when i was passing and he was looking
-i was with good friend and had bag infront of me on table. He was passing and noticed us. His friends went to elevator and he started to walk to us and side like he lurks. It was stange but friend told him to go. He waved, smiled and said bye with weird voice
-he didn't know anything about me since than and 2 days later he was walking with friend through my college
-i was table next to his good friend in bar and he came with friend. He talked and sit next to me, touched me with back, he was mostly quiet and listened when i talked. He moved later next to friend and before we left we locked eyes
-i was walking with my friends to class and he was coming from basement and stopped next to stairs who lead to next floor. He was looking in our direction until we passed him (next to stairs) and in that moment he turned and walked to next floor and didn't looked at us

So i asked my friend who hangs with him and she said that he doesn't have girlfriend.
Well i had pretty stupid friend and she before i asked friend made fake profile and asked girl he always hangs and she said that he doesn't have girlfriend. So after i asked friend, she asked good friend and he was pretty strange (i knew about it).

He's my acquaintances but we never really talked.
He seemed really talkative and confident. I noticed that he acts different to me than others but i didn't think that it important.
we looked at each other and few times locked eyes.

After almost a 6 months we saw each other on college. He didn't know anything about me till 2 months ago when he saw me with his good friend. I'm going in same group as his good friend. (different colleges same building).
He always seems to notice me and looks in me and stare. Even if i look at him and he looks in my direction he still looks. He becomes quiet near me and he's not shy guy. He hangs with girls and even there's beautiful girls and some of tham taught that he has something with one after 5 months he didn't and he's still reserved around me when he's with tham. He didn't changed the way he behaves around me.
Also sometimes he acts weirdly.. i don't know if that is the way he's trying to get attention like year ago or something else.
He's still single.
I can sometimes feel that he's looking.. weird but it is.
-he would move from place he couldn't see me to place he could
-i was with good friend and he left friends and wanted to came to us. He was acting funny; i'd beg infront of me and he was like he lurks 😂.. 2 days later he passed with one of that girls through my college with perfect timing
-i was table next to his good friend and he came; talked a bit and sit next to me. He turned me back, lightly touched me and listened when i talked (my friend caught him!) He was also quiet.

So this guy hangs always with this one girl (with her in group or they are alone) for past 3 months of college. She meet his good friend from my college (she hugs and is really happy when she seed him) and have one on fb from his high school. Some people from their group of friend think that there's maybe sth between them.

I meet that guy in one group before college and i saw him there 2-3 times in period of 3 months. He was really talkative, bit show of (he liked attention i guess). I didn't think that he even noticed me till next time. He would stare and look at me and we locked eyes few times, we flirted.
After 3 months started college, we are on different ones but in same building. He always notice me, looks and stares at me, become quiet when im close even with his friends, and when i move he become talkative.
If he couldn't see me he would move to place he could. We would act sometimes really silly, like he doesn't even notice it. He looks at me and acts stiff even around that girl when im around. With her his normal. When he saw me with his good friend he was walking with that girl through my college and had perfect timing and he couldn't do it unless he knew that we would go there and with that timing.
He's been acting like this for 4-5 months now. This when he started to hang put with her more didn't change he acts around me.

What's going on? Why is he acting like that? Are they just friend or what?

Well i meet guy about 10-11 months ago. He was acting different to me then others. I catched him few times staring and we locked eyes few times. He tried to initate convo and we talked a bit. He seemed really confident and talkative.

After 6 months of no seeing each other we meet on college. We've been going to different colleges but we are seeing each other 2 times a week mostly. He always seems to notice me, looks and stares at me. But every time i was close to him he's quiet or talks a bit even in his own group of friends.
Sometimes when he couldn't see me he would move to see me even if he's obvious.
He does that kind of stuff around me but never came to me to talk even when i was alone.
He does that for 4 months.

He's really talkative with girls and hangs with them a lot.

We have mutual friend in my group who is really good friend of his. Why he don't do sth with him to make it easier?
