Search Results: having courage

So, the other day my friend and I were walking from class to go back to our dorms. Along the way, I look over to where the path diverges and I see the girl I've been wanting to talk to. My friend continues to where he was going and I walk to where she is on hopes of finally having the courage to talk to her (but that's a whole other story). So, I'm looking at the ground and when I look up as she's about 15-ish feet from me she's looking at me and is smiling (it was a full on teeth smile and it looked like she was trying to hold back her smile a bit). So I smile back and as we get close to each other she shyly smiles at the ground and looks away a bit. There was no one else around either, so it was almost certainly directed at me. So, was she basically wanting me to talk to her? Or was it nothing?

Now I'd like to note that I pass her nearly every other day on my way to class and she has surely caught me looking at her before, and I'm fairly sure I've caught her looking at me before (I'm not 100% sure because I usually instantly look away). Also some of my friends know her and say that she's pretty quiet/shy.
