Letting Us Relax-
With you Ladies, of course. I'm talking about that point where you're both on a couch and you lay your head on her lap. Maybe you're both reading, watching the TV or just having a heart to heart moment it's a very relaxing and bonding experience. To me, I think Guys like (At least the ones I talk to.) being the strong silent type for the most part but truly cherish the moments of peaceful love Women give them. I personally like the fact that this leads to her at some point running her fingers through my hair! (Which is Very Cool, Ladies!)
Being On Sick Call-
I know of few Men that don't turn into complete babies when sick. (Myself included.) Guys are better off fighting external threats than the cold and flu. It seems my strength of will abandons me to suffer alone in agony because I only do things out of shear frustration when sick. Thankfully the Ladies I've dated have always proved to be very caring and awe inspiring when dealing with my sick days. But rest assured Ladies, I always return the favor. (The pic below was too funny for me to pass up using.)
Being Silly With Us-
Sometimes I forget how to "Adult" properly. I am prone to being goofy almost always. What's the point of always being serious...Ulcers? At any rate the more memorable women in my past have found a way to enjoy it with me. From seeing who can stand on their head longer to, board games that we both cheat at to, making paper snowflakes or airplanes and to pranking family members. For both sexes, I would say that embracing the silliness in life is a quality that all would be parents should have. In relationships though a "partner in crime" is a necessity! 
Dating us in the first place-
I might mess this up but to quote Louis CK "The courage it takes Women to date Men is Astounding! When statistically speaking Men are the Biggest threat to Women. It would be like Men dating Bears and thinking; I really hope this one doesn't maul me." But not only that you put up with our Bravado, Nerd-isms, Arrogance and Stupidity. All for a slim chance at being with a guy who gets his shit together faster than the others in his age group. So it's not only the Courage it takes but also the Strength it takes to stay with us that I'm thankful for. 
Sex-
Let's face it, It HAD to be on the list. Sex is AWESOME as a Guy! You Ladies know it and let's face it you control us with it from time to time. "We all know that no women anywhere wants to have sex with anyone and to titillate us with any thoughts otherwise is just bogus." and "I've always thought you Women just lay there, grit your teeth and just let us Men root around for a bit." are two quotes that made me even more Thankful for the Women who let me learn in the beginning and the Women who have kept me in practice. Hopefully it wasn't always that boring or burdensome for you.
In general Ladies, Thanks for all the Love over the years!
I can't really say I've/We've deserved some of the great moments I've/We've had with you but we always tried to improve because of them. Even if they didn't work out in the end they always make us change for the better. (Most of us.) And please remember Everyone
