I'm asking this question because a lot of women are pregnant on social media and getting the Happy Mother's Day shout outs. I personally don't care, I'm just curious as to see what others think about it. Personally, a woman is a mother when her child is born, because you can terminate a pregnancy. Being pregnant doesn't make one a mother just yet, especially depending on how far into the pregnancy she is.

Of course that doesn't mean that you HAVE to give birth to a child that you are caring for to be a Mother. A mother is anyone who cares for a child. Whether that be an aunt, God mother, foster mother or adoption mother. Being pregnant alone doesn't = mother.

*If you have a mother who is/was crappy. This is not a dumping ground for venting.

My cousin's wife gave birth just over a year ago and today he told me that she's done nothing to lose the weight gain caused by pregnancy and he's sick of it. He said he's explained how he feels but she just says she will try and lose the weight but then does nothing.

His argument:

They have a nanny, a cleaner, a gardener and she works part-time. She has time to go and get hair & nails done, to go shopping for clothes & shoes, to meet up with her mates, to fit in nights out and to entertain at home. Why can't she fit in going to the gym?

My question is: is he being fair on his wife?

I have stretch marks from having my baby. I had a flat stomach before getting pregnant and so I think because I got so big and my stomach stretched from being flat to being huge that's why my stretch marks are so bad. I do have a good body and a pretty face and a great personality and im not being cocky just confident. So if you met me and ended up really liking me and we ended up having sex or something would seeing these completely turn you off? Pregnancy is a beautiful thing and these are proof that my body changed for my beautiful baby but I just want perspectives on the question I asked. Please refrain from unneeded mean comments but do be honest. Thank you.

Started talking to someone really close to my ex that I have a child with.
This guy is real about everything. He doesn't lie to me he tells me when my now ex boyfriend lied to me.
A lot. That was a 5 year ordeal so won't go into that. BUT...

This guy is kinda hot. We have secrets, like I know things he don't want his mom or family finding out.
My secret is that I talk to him now, I used to be so depressed over the situation with my ex and I swear I haven't been happier since this guy cleared up my thoughts of things my ex liked to just leave me thinking about N it would make me sad.

So now talking to him and he says things like...

"He doesn't deserve you, your way too good for him Jamie.. He will get his karma, I promise you, don't be so broken hearted over him"

(He seriously does have a lot of bad karma coming. He took my car in winter and from his own child. Recently forced to sell his house, had chick lie about a pregnancy for 8 months, how I don't know haha)

Then today this guy helped me get to the store since the douche took my car...

After dropping me off he says "Maybe we can go have some drinks sometime..."
Then seen him again to go somewhere else and he texts after "If you need anything Jamie don't hesitate to ask me." Then I didn't text back.. then he texts again "Oh ya next time you see me I will have different clothes on. I feel like a bum but all I grabbed when I left was work clothes and what I was wearing"

Even tho he still looked nice to me. He is pretty hot. Tattoos, drives a nice truck, etc.

SO THE QUESTION:

Do you think he is taking an interest in me? Why would I care about what he was wearing? Are guys just subconcious about looks around any girls?
